Disclaimer: Maison Frost products are handmade and made to order. Always remember to patch test before using skin remedies. Remember always to consult your doctor before using any products; if you have skin ailments, allergies or sensitivities in general. We make skin remedies with the best ingredients, organic and locally sourced, only the best is good enough for your skin! Other handmade products are made in Lithuanian/French Linen and sewn in a pet free home. You might have to pay duty/customs on orders above 35€ (if you live outside the EU, so remember to check local rates before you order). Pre-order products are non refundable, since they are made to order. We only accept a certain amount of pre-orders since we only produce our products when we are in need of them ourselves and then we add the pre-ordered products to the batch size, this means that some products will be sold-out until we are in of need them again. We open for pre-order a few weeks before we formulate, depending on the product this usually means a 3-6 months waiting list, so when you order it is a good idea to order as much as you need for a period of 3-6 months depending on the product. When you order products from us, you support an artisan family, in short “real people” with hands that create something unique especially for you, not just yet another faceless brand with the “designed in Europe/made in China” label. We do not accept returns on Pre-ordered/Handmade products, our Second hand products can be returned at customers expense as long as it is in mint condition.
