This is a “dark” milk dessert chocolate with a 42% cacao content. It is a surprisingly delicious bar to enjoy on its own but I usually use it in my culinary preparations. It is perfect in chocolate chip cookies, in brownies, banana breads, milk chocolate mousse, milk chocolate or caramel ice cream and in Strasbourg hot chocolate.
